You can enjoy the most delicious and tasty of foods if you choose to put in the effort.  Simply make u a batch of chicken mince, you can use Turkey, Beef what ever takes your fancy.

Add some spices anything that takes your fancy, salt, pepper, garlic, corriander etc., You can buy chicken mince already made up, or as I do in this video I like to make my own up.  See my video here and enjoy making your own version and own spices.

I like to cook mine in the air fryer however you can also cook them in the oven as well.

    Hi Deana
    I am on PHATT program right now.
    I was going well on first two weeks
    It’s my day 28 and I am in terrible fibromyalgia flare up pain and unable to continue.
    Is it possible for me to contact your client with fibromyalgia or even if you could help me with maintaining whatever I have lost.
    Any support will be much appreciated. My mentor is good but I think very inexperienced with fibromyalgia patients (which is understandable) but I need help .
