I started my journey on the 20th September 2017 and I have had amazing results. It is hard to believe it has been over a year now and I have still maintained my weight loss.
I started a bit skeptical, having never been one for taking vitamins and certainly not drinking the amount of water we need to on the program, but, I committed, I committed to a month and wanted to give it 100%. I started off with an amazing loss of 4.1kg in the first week and then slowed to just over 1kg losses thereafter each week, some weeks a little more. It was at this point that I realised this was an amazing program and really wanted to share this program with others and from there I became a mentor.
I felt incredible, so much energy. Sleeping was a huge one for me. I no longer woke up every hour during the night and I started sleeping 6-7hrs straight every night. I was waking up feeling energized and rested. This was something I had not experienced in years and years.
The benefits were not just weight loss, my skin looked amazing, my hair, people were commenting and I remember the first pictures I posted after hitting a weight loss of 8.1kg I couldn’t wait to share it with the world. I never took selfies or photos of myself, infact it was hard for me to find photos I could use to do the comparison with. During the last few days of my first 30days my body responded and I started to lose over 400gm a day, it was like my body just knew and did what I had spent weeks training it to do, to lose weight. After my first round I clocked an impressive loss of over 12kg and couldn’t have been happier.
I then spent a few weeks on maintenance and then jumped straight into another round. My body responded even better every week, every day and I quickly hit a total loss of over 23kilos in total and couldn’t be happier. Although not at my ideal weight, I am happy with how I feel and look. I would love to get to the big 30kilo loss and I will. Watch this space. Currently today 15/2 I clocked up 24.2Kilos loss so far and counting.
Happy to report I hit my 30kg weight loss goal and have since maintained now for over a year and half and counting. I have my days when I indulge in to much of this or that, chocolate is my weakness and yet it doesnt bother may anymore as I now have the tools to get back on the Phatt Train to maintain my weightless if needed.
As a working mother and tradie I found my health was deteriorating effecting my work life and my home life. I found the Phatt program and have managed to maintain my weight loss now for over 2 years now.
I never thought this was possible and now look at me, I cannot stop smiling. I am happier than I have ever been and this has flowed through to my personal life making me a better mother for my children and a better partner to my fiance. I am the healthiest I have ever been and there is no turning back now.

Hi my name is Jan I’m 53years old.
I have been on a journey of diets for 30years on and off. Not something that I actually truly realised till very recently.
I started Ph@tt on the 3/1/18 today just over 4 weeks I have lost 6kilos. It may not be much to some however for me it changes my inner most being. I feel different when I wake up, clear headed, focused with structure and purpose to my day.
I have completed small tasks that have needed done for a very long time though due to my very busy life style have not had the time nor the inclination to complete them till now.
Today I am still focused on the reason behind my self image rather than my outward picture ie what you see. I believe what is in the hard drive of a man or women directs their choices In every way saying that on “Ph@tt” I am finding

* food doesn’t control my thoughts
* I can walk through the day with plenty of energy.
* I can see my body changing without strenuous exercise.
* people are asking what are you doing you look amazing.
I have kept it quiet till now as it speaks for itself, when the body changes.
These pics were taken on the 24/12/17 and the 2/2/18, it was a bit off an unavailing last night. I am In The Orange last night, just my face alone shows the change.
I am still on the journey and am 1/2 way to my goal.

I am absolutely blown away with how great I feel after losing 22 kilos, my friend took the photo of me holding 22kgs of potatoes at the shop recently & I can’t believe I’ve lost that much or even needed to in the first place, I know I was fat but you don’t really notice it as much when it’s dispersed through your body but when you actually hold that much in your arms it’s astounding, I’m still shocked! Doing the Ph@tt program was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, I’ve never felt better & I’m so glad I lost a lot in my face too.
Now I’m loving being a mentor, helping other people feel as good as I feel by healing their gut, getting their nutrition right and getting to their goal weight then keeping it off.
My name is Megan, I’m 38yrs old and a mother of 4. 12y, 9y,7y and a 12mth. So my life is busy. after having my gorgeous boy Joshy 12mths ago I just couldn’t shift the weight. I was forever snacking on his leftover food as many mums do, trying to do everything and falling short because I just didn’t have the time or the energy. I tried different programs (shakes/ metabolic jumpstart) which had worked for my hubby and had a little success. But I found it so easy to slip backwards or binge eat. enough was enough
When I started PH@TT on the 3rd of Dec2018 I weigh 84.1kg. this was the heaviest I had been in 6yrs not including my pregnancy. I was skeptical… and I thought very silly because I was starting over the Christmas period when there is so many celebrations and FOOD.
In my first week I lost 4.3 kg. I was elated but passed it off as ‘just fluid’ loss. But in the next 3 weeks I consistently lost 1kg a week, so that at the end of stage 2 I have lost 7kg.
By this stage I was aware of what I was putting in my body and it was easier to make good choices through Stage 3 Maintenance. My body wasn’t craving a sugar rush in the afternoon and I wasn’t putting on weight even though I had introduced new foods.
We went away camping over the summer and I relaxed… Too Much! By taking my nutritional supplements, walking and trying to watch the foods I ate. I was really surprised that I put on less than 2kg.
ROUND 2. It was so much easier to start round 2 the second time around. and the weight seemed to fall off faster than before. The gain I made during camping was gone in 3 days!!! WHAT how is this happening. My gut health has made all the difference. My body doesn’t want to eat so much, it craves healthier food. I have so much more energy than I did before.
Today 14th February I weigh 74.9kg. 2.5kg less than my pre-pregnancy weight. That’s 9.2 kgs in total. my next goal was going to 10kg. but that’s so close I’m aiming for 72kg by the end of the month and then I’m going looking for new clothes because these are getting way too baggy!
